ideas on clothing vampire?

I want to be a vampire for Halloween and can make a cape, but I have no idea what to worn under the coat or how my face I do not want the usual vampire costume, I want to dress like voltouri new moon please help! also what to do with my hair?

Nobody is going to pay too much attention to the party to just try to find something that is so red bright or purple or black.
